With a passion to unleash the leader within, Wendy Preyssler is a Master Certified Coach who is dedicated to the success of her clients. Through decades of coaching experience, Wendy partners with her clients to exceed their goals and succeed.
Wendy’s commitment to authenticity inspires her to say what no one else would dare to say. With the vision to see possibility, Wendy cares so much that she doesn’t accept excuses. Her clients count on her for her insight and straight talk – even if they don’t always like what they may hear.
As an International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach, Wendy has attained a coaching skill level that is recognized in less than four percent of all credentialed coaches globally. A world-class coach, Wendy provides coaching rooted in proven core competencies that transform how her clients show up daily, both professionally and personally.
Wendy achieved enormous accomplishments during her 15 years in corporate America, including consistently exceeding her $500M annual quota as a Global Strategic Alliance Director. What Wendy is most proud of though, is her demonstrated ability to create relationships. She has done this professionally, winning back a client who had sworn never to work with a company following an interaction with an executive. She has done this personally, stepping away from her career for two years to care for her grandmother who was living with her and not enjoying Wendy’s international travel schedule.
The challenges that Wendy overcame as a child prepared her to provide clients a safe space. “There is nothing a client could say that would shock me,” said Wendy. “This gives my clients freedom to know they can say anything and not be judged. Having spent over a decade as an executive, I understand the challenges that executives face daily. It can be lonely at the top. Executives often need a confidential sounding board and definitely benefit from having a coach they can trust.”
With a passion for connection and bringing people together, Wendy enjoys sharing a glass of wine and preparing special meals for her friends and family.
